The loans are intended for financing projects for electricity generation from renewable sources (wind, water, solar energy, geothermal energy and etc.). A user of the loan has to be a company purposely incorporated for realization of the relevant project. Successive tranche loan in accordance with approved interim certificate by the Supervisory Board. The approved financial amount may be supported by issue of letters of guarantee and letters of credit intended for financing the project supplies. Repayment terms – monthly or quarterly depending on the Agreement

Preconditions to be met to apply for this type of loan:

• Site layout plan
• Valid Construction Permit
• Ownership or coownership of the construction site
• Complete project documentation
• Тo have pre-contracts or letters of intent signed for 50% to 80% of the area intended for issue depending on their own participation
